Work shall bring all affected systems and spaces into compliance with the latest editions of NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code, VA Design Standards, and all applicable state and federal regulations. Construction services shall address utility repair needs within the tunnel and crawler spaces, ensuring safe access, code compliance, and reliable system functionality throughout the facility. All work shall be completed within a firm-fixed-price contract structure, with a performance period of 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, and the project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
