Site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Somers, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 200-square-foot water / sewer project.
The proposed construction consists of a 200 square foot masonry building addition including booster pumping equipment, hydropneumatic storage tank, mechanical work, SCADA and electrical work, site work and other miscellaneous items of work. All Bidders shall comply with the "Contractor Qualification Ordinance of the Village of Somers" requiring prequalification of Bidders prior to obtaining Bidding documents or submitting Bids or to act as a Contractor or Subcontractor on any public improvement project. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier’s check or bank draft payable to the Village of Somers for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
