Remove existing low slope roof system (approximately 30 squares) and replace with new roof system to include deck repairs, new roof insulation, taper and single ply PVC/KEE roof membrane. C. All new associated roof sheet metal flashing and accessories to be included. D. Remove and dispose of existing skylights. E. Roof deck repairs shall be completed prior to new roof installation. Greenville County is seeking competitive proposals from qualified roofing contractors for the removal and replacement of roofing systems on four (4) shingle-roof buildings and one (1) small membrane roof at Animal Care Services located at 328 Furman Hall Road, Greenville, SC, 29609. A. The scope of work encompasses roof replacement, including demolition and removal of existing shingles and replacement with new shingles. B. All work shall be completed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and in a manner that minimizes disruption to County operations. The vendor shall be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, safety measures, permits, waste removal and incidentals necessary to complete the project. C. The County desires for this project to be completed within (85) days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. D.
