Bidders desiring further information or interpretation of the plans and specifications must make request for such information to the Engineer prior to forty-eight (48) hours before the bid opening. Anyone seeking clarification or interpretation of the plans prior to the bid shall submit the request via email and the questions will be addressed via Addenda. Questions or requests for interpretation may be submitted to Justin R. Ivy, P.E. at jivy@bhcllp.com. Scope includes furnishing all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, superintendence, and labor for City of Whitesboro West Main Street (S.H. 56) & U.S. Hwy. 82 16-Inch Water Lines (Phase 1 - Morningside Dr. to Highway 82). This project includes construction of approximately 7,365 linear feet of 16-inch P.V.C. water line by open cut, 190 linear feet of 16-inch water line by bore with 30-inch steel encasement pipe, 75 linear feet of 16-inch ductile iron water line, nineteen 16-inch resilient seated gate valves, and three 2-inch combination air release/vacuum valves inside 4-foot diameter manholes, together with all necessary appurtenances.
