As of 3/2/2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award was not determined. The project generally provides for the rehabilitation/replacement of approximately 2,591 linear feet of six-inch diameter vitrified clay tile (VCT) sanitary sewer pipe with eight-inch diameter high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) in Oakwood Terrace North Addition of the City. The new pipe will be installed using trenchless technology methods. The project also includes removal of existing manholes, installation of new reinforced concrete and fiberglass manholes, installation of new sanitary sewer cleanouts, reinstatement of sanitary sewer services, pipeline cleaning, closed circuit television inspection of existing and proposed sewer mains, and other incidental work required for a complete and functional project. Questions concerning the plans, specifications, or other bid documents or any part thereof must be submitted for the project titled FY 2026 SANITARY SEWER REHAB PROJECT not later than 12:00 PM (noon) by February 6th, 2026 through electronically.
