Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mississauga, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and power facility.

Construction of projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gases and heading towards carbon neutrality and climate positive status. Phase 1 projects include: -Electrification of the Central Utilities Plant (CUP) hot water boiler -Upgrades to the Hazel McCallion Academic Learning Centre (HMALC) heating distribution loop -Lighting retrofit at the CUP -Installation of solar photovoltaic system at the CUP TIMELINE: A Request for Pre-Qualification for design consultants has been issued by the Owner.
