Sealed bids are requested for Sewer TV Inspection, Locating Cleaning, and Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) Lining, On-Call Services, for a two-year contract. Bidders must use the prepared Bid Forms and deliver their bids in a sealed envelope marked accordingly. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of $2,000.00 in the form of a certified check, bid bond, or cashier's check. Bidders and any subcontractors must submit a Business Registration Certificate and be registered pursuant to The Public Works Contractor Registration Act at the time the bid is made. The successful bidder will be required to execute the contract and file a bond within ten days after the award. Bidders must ensure all bid information is clear, unqualified, and signed by a duly authorized person. Compliance with non-discrimination, affirmative action, and statement of corporation ownership laws is required. The right to reject any and all bids or waive informality is reserved.
