Estimate: $6.5 - $8 Million Instructions to bidders specify that bids must be submitted on the provided bid form, without any interlineations, additions, or deletions. Bids must include a bid bond or equivalent security of five percent (5%) of the total contract amount and a notarized non-collusion affidavit. Out-of-state entities must present authority to conduct business in Georgia. Bidders must be licensed Utility Contractors in Georgia at the time of bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds and provide a required oath. Bids remain subject to acceptance for sixty days after the opening, but may be released earlier at the owner's discretion.
