The Chickasaw Nation Construction Services offices is accepting bids to install 2 small sections of concrete sidewalk at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center, located in Ada, OK. Bids will be received via email only. For questions regarding this project, contact the Sr. Project Manager. Questions that arise as a result of this Request for Bid should be addressed to: Stephen Shahan Stephen.shahan@chickasaw.net (580)235-7102 Infill 2 sections of sidewalk paving at new surgery discharge canopy at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center. Each section is 6'x11'6". Concrete is to be 4" thick and reinforced with #3 rebar on 16" centers. Remove any excess dirt required to achieve a 4" depth. Expansion joint material will need to be installed where new sidewalk abuts existing concrete with #3 dowels installed on 16" centers. Concrete mix is to be 3000psi with air entrainment.
