Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, layout, permits (if required), and services to remove the existing perimeter fence and furnish and install a new cedar security fence around the Superintendent's residence at the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired. The work includes demolition and proper disposal of existing fence components; new fence construction with specified materials and hardware; installation of one pedestrian gate and one vehicle/drive gate; site work including utility locates and restoration of grounds; and cleanup. All work must be performed by experienced personnel under direct supervision, with a minimum 1-year workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranties for materials. Corrective action for defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period is required at no additional cost.
