This item shall consist of preparatory work and operations, including, but not limited to: the necessary movement of personnel, equipment, and incidentals to the project site for the establishment of offices, buildings, and other facilities necessary for work on the project and for work and operations which must be performed and for cost incurred before starting work on the various contract items. This item shall consist of all items including and incidental to traffic control planning, devices, mobilization, setup, maintenance, moving/relocating, tearing down, labor, equipment, contractor(s) and or subcontractor(s), etc. The contractor shall at all times shall adhere to the MUTCD latest edition AND shall adhere to standard plates as specified in the requirements set out by the SD DOT R-O-W Permit. Includes, but is not limited to, providing all the necessary labor, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, insurance, equipment, scaffolding, hoisting, fees, etc. necessary to provide the above listed scope of work in accordance with the Contract Documents. It is further understood and agreed that this Work Package also includes the furnishing and installation of the below listed items regardless of whether or not they are in the listed specification section(s) or any other specification section(s), or shown on the plans.
