A. The work comprises the construction of 4th High School for Frederick County Public Schools, Winchester, Virginia, as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. The work will be accomplished under one lump sum contract. 1. Portions of the work, as indicated on the drawings and specifications, shall be provided and installed, or provided for contractor installation, by the Owner under separate contract. +For all such work, it shall be the contractor's responsibility to schedule and coordinate the work of the general construction contract to allow the timely and proper installation of Owner-furnished items.
