A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project consists in general of the milling and HMA resurfacing of various streets within the town limits of Sellersburg. Work will also include the replacement of some concrete curb and gutter, replacement of curb-ramps, concrete driveway aprons, sidewalks, drainage structures, thermoplastic striping and pavement markings. Greenbriar Blvd. Traffic Calming Center Island Bids for the project shall be unit price for all work shown in the contract documents and specifications, with unit prices for extras as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders, and must be submitted in duplicate on the State Board of Accounts Form No. 96. Bidders must also include a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the proposal, to ensure execution of the contract. The awarded contractor must provide performance, maintenance, and payment bonds, as well as Certificates of Insurance. The prime contractor must be prequalified with INDOT. Subcontractors may perform subcontracts up to $300,000 without being prequalified, but may not exceed $300,000 in unearned work at any time with any party. The Town Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. Bids must be turned in to the Executive Secretary at Sellersburg Town Hall by the specified deadline.
