Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lancaster, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project involves planing, resurfacing, widening, vertical and horizontal centerline improvements, addition of a dedicated turn lane, curb replacement, and pedestrian connectivity improvements. The Contractor shall have its work on the Project Substantially Complete, as defined in the General Conditions, by the following dates: Date for Substantial Completion of phase 2: This is considered an interim completion date, the Date for Substantial Completion of Phase 2 of the Project is 8/28/2026. Phase 2 is as described in the construction plans Maintenance of Traffic. Dates for Substantial Completion of phase 2A: These are considered interim completion dates, the Dates for Substantial Completion of Phase 2A of the Project are 7/18/2026, 7/22/2026 and 7/25/2026 as detailed in the construction plans Maintenance of Traffic. Only Bidders pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the Work involved on this project are eligible to bid this Project.
