Project Cost Estimate: $600,000 Construction Schedule: Work shall be completed within 180 calendar days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Anticipated Contract Award Date: February 25, 2026 Proposed Start Date: March 23, 2026 Estimated Completion Date: August 21, 2026 The work to be done under this Contract, as shown on the Contract Plans and Specifications, shall include the furnishing and complete installation of all materials and any other necessary work required for proper completion, operation and use of the facilities. All the equipment, materials and labor that may be necessary to complete the work and place it in satisfactory operation, implied or intended in the Plans and Specifications, shall be furnished and/or installed without extra cost to the OWNER.
