Work includes all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and communications systems required for full operational use, compliant with applicable DoD, Air Force, and base design standards and meeting antiterrorism/force protection requirements. Local materials and construction techniques may be used where cost-effective. The project includes additive or deductive items that may be incorporated based on available funding, consisting of a pedestrian bridge, folding partitions in the training rooms, and millwork lockers.
