Maintenance dredging operations along the Inland Waterway Chesapeake and Delaware Canal and the Upper Chesapeake Bay, including dredging from Station 00+000 to Station 250+440. Work requires dredging to depths of 35 feet MLLW plus 1 foot allowable over dredge between Station 99+000 and Station 250+440, extending up to 25 feet outside channel limits where shoaling occurs, and dredging to 36 feet MLLW plus 1 foot allowable overdepth across the full project limits. No side slopes are delineated or paid for within the contract limits. Dredging methods may include hopper, hydraulic, or bucket dredging, with operations restricted between April 1 and September 30 annually to protect migratory fish. The project is to be completed within 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, excluding restricted environmental periods. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The estimated period of performance will be 120 calendar days.
