The contractor shall perform all operations and maintenance necessary to enable GEODSS to detect, track, and identify tasked space objects within its assigned area of coverage. Services include providing metric data to the Joint Space Operations Center and Space Object Identification support to the USSTRATCOM Joint Intelligence Center. The effort encompasses a 90-day phase-in period, a 9-month base period, four 12-month option periods, an additional 6-month extension under FAR 52.217-8, and the potential for two additional 12-month incentive option years. This market research effort seeks capability statements and responses to the questionnaire to support acquisition planning and determine the appropriate source selection approach. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
