Paving improvements include a 2-inch mill and 3-inch overlay of approximately 30,000 SF from 1st to 2nd Street on Elm Street, replacement with Hot Mix Asphalt SLX 3-inch, to be bid on a Unit Price basis, with 5% bid bond; performance and payment bonds required. Bid Packets with Invitation to Bid, Contract, and Specifications are available in the office of the Village Clerk or on the website. Bids must be delivered to the Village of Ceresco prior to 11:00 a.m. on February 13, 2026, regardless of the method of delivery. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Ceresco Community Building. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: Mill and Asphalt Overlay to include 2-inch mill and 3-inch overlay of approximately 30,000 SF on Elm Street between 1st Street and 2nd Street with Hot Mix Asphalt SLX 3-inch. Owner will be responsible for Traffic Control Devices - Contractor to coordinate placement of devices and shall notify Owner at least 1 week in advance of commencement of work. 3.
