This is a Request to Pre-Qualify (RTP) Prime Contractors for the construction of the Southend Wastewater Upgrades, Contract 1 – Sewage Pumping Station Upgrades, ISC Project No. CTA237, located on Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation (PBCN) Southend I.R. No. 200 & 200A, Saskatchewan. The work generally includes: - Construction and commissioning of three new sewage pump station building structures including new wet well pumping equipment and all associated works - Demolition and decommissioning of three existing sewage pump station building structures including existing wet well pumping equipment and all associated works - Retrofit construction and commissioning of one existing sewage pump station building structure including new wet well pumping equipment and all associated works - Selective demolition and decommissioning of one existing sewage pump station building structure including existing wet well pumping equipment and all associated works - New gravity sewer connections, new forcemain connections, and new water service connections - Supply, installation and removal of temporary lift stations - Electrical service upgrades - Associated site works including grading, landscaping, and fencing - Repair of defects during the warranty period The pre-qualification process is only open to general contractors with the ability and interest to act as Prime Contractor. Subcontractors and suppliers are not pre-qualified under this process. Only the forms provided in the pre-qualification package will be considered during the Engineer’s review.
