Southend Wastewater Upgrades - Contract 1, ISC Project No. CTA237 The work generally comprises of the construction of three (3) new wastewater pumping facilities with the demolition/decommissioning of three (3) existing wastewater pumping facilities. The work also generally includes the retrofit of one (1) existing wastewater pumping facility complete with some selective demolition at that facility. The work includes: - Construction and commissioning of three (3) new Sewage Pump Station building structures including new wet well pumping equipment and all associated works - Demolition and decommissioning of three (3) existing Sewage Pump Station building structures including existing wet well pumping equipment and all associated works - Retrofit construction and commissioning of one (1) existing Sewage Pump Station building structures including new wet well pumping equipment and all associated works - Selective demolition and decommissioning of one (1) existing Sewage Pump Station building structure including existing wet well pumping equipment and all associated works - New gravity sewer connections, new forcemain connections, and new water service connections - Supply, installation and removal of temporary Lift Stations - Electrical service upgrades - Associated site works including grading, landscaping, and fencing. - Concrete pad and waste deflector construction and chainlink fence repair at the Southend Solid Waste Transfer Station The work is located in the community of Southend I.R. 200.
