Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Delphi, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
When called out on the plans, this item will include the work necessary to remove any debris, clean the existing structure and repair any structural deficiencies with new grout or other approved materials. Structure flow lines and castings should be left in sound working condition. Payment for this work shall be made at the contract unit price for "Structure, Clean and Grout" and paid per each and shall include all materials, equipment, labor, and necessary incidentals for a complete installation. When called out on the plans, this item will include the work necessary to install new pipes into existing manhole structures. Per the detail and depending on the size of the new structure, up to approximately four (4) feet of connecting pipe may be included within this pay item and not within a pay item for pipe. Payment for this work shall be made at the contract unit price for "Special Manhole Connection" and paid per each and shall include all materials, equipment, labor, and necessary incidentals for a complete installation.
