Sealed bids are requested for furnishing AMZ Emulsions. All material items must meet the latest Michigan Department of Transportation specifications and be bid F.O.B. West Branch, Michigan or to the job site in Ogemaw County. Construction work within the county right-of-way requires appropriate traffic control per current Michigan Department of Transportation specifications and all other applicable standards and specifications. Bids may be used on the Michigan Department of Transportation State Highway System. Bids must be firm from February 25, 2026 to February 25, 2027 unless noted otherwise, and firm at the time of order. All bids must be submitted on Ogemaw County Road Commission forms, bearing the bidder’s name and material or services bid clearly marked on the outside of an opaque envelope. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive defects or irregularities, and make an award in the best interest of the Ogemaw County Road Commission. Successful bidders providing services must submit acceptable proof of insurance with limits as set by the Ogemaw County Road Commission.
