Sealed bids are requested for furnishing materials and services for vegetation control. All material items must meet the latest Michigan Department of Transportation specifications and be bid F.O.B. West Branch, Michigan or to a job site in Ogemaw County. Construction work performed within the county right-of-way requires appropriate traffic control in accordance with current Michigan Department of Transportation specifications and all applicable standards. Bids may be used on the Michigan Department of Transportation State Highway System. Bids must be submitted on designated forms, clearly marked with the bidder’s name and the material or services bid. Successful bidders for services must submit proof of insurance with limits as set by the Ogemaw County Road Commission.
