Description

Renovation of a museum in Cullowhee, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

Sealed proposals will be received for the construction of the HBS Nature Center Structural Repairs. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract, and all proposals shall be lump sum. Interested subcontractors and suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting at the project site. Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Terracon Consultants, Inc. Electronic documents are provided at no cost, while a plan deposit of one hundred dollars in cash or certified check is required for hardcopy sets. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
