Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
All work under this Contract shall be done in conformance with the 2025 Standard Specifications for Highways and Bridges, the Construction Standard Details in effect as of March 12, 2025, the 1990 Standard Drawings for Signs and Supports; the 2015 Overhead Signal Structure and Foundation Standard Drawings, the 2009 Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) with Revisions 1, 2, and 3 and the November 2022 Massachusetts Amendments to the MUTCD; the 1968 Standard Drawings for Traffic Signals and Highway Lighting; The American Standard for Nursery Stock; the Plans and these Special Provisions. The work under this Contract consists of supplying, constructing, and installing traffic signal related items at various signalized locations as directed by the Engineer. Ancillary items of work such as wheelchair ramp construction, curb resetting, sidewalk replacement, pavement patching and resurfacing may also be included. M/WBE Participation Goal 0% DISTRICT 5 - Scheduled and Emergency Traffic Signal Repairs and Improvements at Various Locations Question Deadline 02/10/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Prospective bidders are required to submit all questions to the Construction Contracts Engineer by 3:00 P.M. on the Tuesday of the previous week before the scheduled bid opening date. Project Type: Traffic Signals Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Department in the Traffic Signals category to bid on the above project. An award will not be made to a Contractor who is not pre-qualified by the Department prior to the opening of Proposals.
