Piggyback Solicitation No Insurance Required No Question End Date 2/5/2026 2:00 PM EST Scope of Work - Silicone Roof Coating System: 1. Procure all required permits and ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA safety standards. 2. Mobilize labor, equipment, materials, and safety systems. Protect adjacent surfaces, walls, HVAC units, skylights, and landscaping from overspray or damage. Establish fall protection and jobsite safety controls. 3. Perform a pre-installation inspection to identify wet insulation, deteriorated substrates, or existing conditions requiring repair. Document conditions prior to coating application. 4. Pressure wash the entire roof surface to remove dirt, debris, biological growth, loose coatings, and contaminants in accordance with coating manufacturer requirements. 5. Address minor deficiencies such as cracks, voids, fasteners, or deteriorated areas necessary to achieve proper adhesion (excludes structural repairs unless noted). 6. Prime the roof surface with a manufacturer-approved bleed blocker primer where required to prevent asphalt bleed-through and promote adhesion. 7. Seal all seams, joints, and transitions using 924 silicone coating (or approved equivalent), reinforced as required per manufacturer specifications. 8. Seal all roof flashings, penetrations, terminations, and detail areas with silicone coating to ensure a watertight system. 9. Apply silicone roof coating uniformly over the entire roof surface at a minimum rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet, achieving the manufacturer's required dry film thickness. 10. Verify coverage rates and application consistency to meet warranty and manufacturer requirements. 11. Conduct a final inspection upon completion and address any deficiencies noted. 12. Remove all job-related debris and dispose of materials in accordance with local regulations. Leave the site clean and broom-swept. 13. Provide a Non-Dollar-Limit (NDL) labor and material warranty, issued by the manufacturer and/or contractor, as specified.
