A new civic building that will house both the city hall and the police station, as well as a secured and enclosed parking area, at 21701 John Deere Lane and 13009 Main Street, to be combined with 13017 Main Street. The project includes a proposed 16-month construction schedule with bidding expected to begin in June. As of July 8, 2026, this project is awaiting final pricing by the Construction Manager. A Construction Manager has been identified. A firm construction timeline has yet to be established.
