Renovation of a municipal facility in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade municipal facility.

The project consists of restoration and or replacement of the exterior historic gold leaf lettering and exterior historic entry lamp fixtures replication at the Courthouse located at 325 North Broadway Avenue, Shawnee, OK 74801. Bid Package #01 - Historic Gold Leaf Exterior Lettering Restoration (Qualified Contractors Only) Bid Package #02 - Historic Exterior Lamp Fixtures Replication (Qualified Fabricators Only) All contracted scopes of work shall be fully completed, installed, tested (as applicable), and ready for Owner use no later than July 31, 2026. Any anticipated delays, procurement constraints, or schedule conflicts must be communicated immediately to the Construction Manager for review and coordination. Failure to meet the required completion date may impact project closeout and will be addressed in accordance with the contract requirements. Subcontract bids over $50,000 will be required to include the cost of Performance, Payment and Defect Bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of their bid amount. Additional bid packages may be issued at a later date as required. Women-owned and minority business enterprises are encouraged to participate in this project. Subcontractors will be required to provide bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or other statutory permissible method in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid amount if the bid is in excess of fifty thousand ($50,000) dollars. The Owner expressly reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any or all bids.
