Site work for a water / sewer project in Oswego, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Removal of (2) existing above-ground fuel tanks and fire suppression system. Installation of (2) new above-ground fuel tank systems with minor site work to support the new design. Prior to submitting a bid vendors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor Vendors must submit their certificate of registration at the time the bid is made. Question Deadline 02/10/2026 Contractors should submit all questions no later than five (5) business days after the virtual Q&A. All questions are to be submitted in writing and can be e-mailed to Richard Merritt at richard.merritt@oswego.edu. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 93 days after the Notice to Proceed. The Campus MWBE Goals are 17% Minority and 13% Women. The Campus SDVOB goals are 6%. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Document Note: Requestors are responsible for shipping charges. All plan holders who receive the Contract Documents from Plan and Print Systems will receive Addenda notification by e-mail.
