As of February 11, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. For the replacement of roofs for 23 homes. 1. Contractor will provide Insurance Documents along with the bid . Coverage of $ 1Mil with $ 2Mil aggregate . 2. 20 yd Dumpster per house . 3. House roofs range from 18 to 28 squares . (10 are roughly 1,600 sqft ) The (13 remaining ) are 2,000 sq.ft to 2,600 sq.ft. There are no gutters . Few homes have 10 x 12 shed (3 squares ) included in the scope of work . 4. Remove all shingles and plywood decking where needed . a . 4 sheets of plywood decking 1/2 or 5/8 per house . H clip where needed . b . 4 ft water shield underlayment at roof edges and valleys . c . Synthetic roof underlayment in the field nailed down with tabs , no staples . 5. Replace all drip edge same color of shingles and pipe boots , vents to be painted same color of roof also . 6. Replace shingles with limited lifetime TAMKO or similar Architectural Shingles Rustic Black / Rustic Brown . 7. Ridge vent and edges shall have pre - fab starter sheets , no cut shingles . 8. Run a magnet to pick up all nails after completion of project . 9. Make sure all trash and debris are picked up and hauled off . 10. We are projecting a two -week completion time . 11. The second payment will not be rendered until completion and approval of the work , with the submittal of your invoice . (Net 10 days ) 12.
