Site work for an educational facility in Bronte, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of new storm drain line installation for Bronte ISD Elementary School Drainage Improvements. All proposals must include a bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check payable without recourse to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the largest total proposal amount to guarantee that the offeror will enter into a Contract and execute Contract Surety. Proposals must also include a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for the amount of the Contract Sum, and the cost of these bonds should be included in the proposal. The Owner will select the offeror submitting the proposal that offers the best value, based on published selection criteria and evaluation ranking. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all qualified Proposals, waive any formalities, or accept the proposal providing the best value. Electronic bid documents are available through the Architect's website and require credit card information for online registration, though the card will not be charged. All questions shall be submitted electronically to Architect, Attn: Tyser Robertson, AIA, NCARB. The deadline for questions shall be 5:00 pm February 6th, 2026
