Renovation of an educational facility in Keller, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,500-square-foot educational facility.
The Contractor shall provide all permits, meet all regulatory requirements, and complete all construction activities necessary for limited renovation of the approximately 3,500 square foot MTFC Training Center building located at 90 Mt. Tolman Road, Keller, WA. The construction activities include, but are not limited to: removing the existing metal roof, installing plywood sheeting, underlayment, and new 26-gauge metal roofing and flashing; installing new cove base; patching and repairing drywall; installing an access panel for the water shut off valve; replacing damaged ceiling tiles; painting the interior; and installing new casework and countertops in the kitchen. Compliance with Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance, TOSHA, and Tribal Solid Waste Disposal requirements is required. All necessary permits from applicable regulating authorities must be in place before work begins. Proposals must be submitted to the Confederated Tribes Community Facility Manager no later than the specified deadline. Contractors accept all risk of late delivery for mailed proposals regardless of fault.
