Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Ennis, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Ennis will receive Statement of Qualifications for Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Engineering Services related to the installation of emergency generators at wastewater facilities, funded under the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) DR-4485 COVID-19 Pandemic grant. Specifications and instructions for submission are provided online. Submissions must be made electronically and hard copies will not be accepted. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals. Deadline for Submittal of Questions:January 30, 2026, 5:00pm
