Sealed proposals are sought for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary for the I-20 Utility Relocations in accordance with the plans and specifications. Products composed predominantly of steel and/or iron that are permanently incorporated into the utility installation must comply with Buy America provisions of 23 CFR 635.410 and Transportation Code, Section 223.045. Contract documents, including bid proposal forms, plan sheets, and specifications, may be viewed and downloaded free of charge at www.civcastusa.com. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 02/07/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer via the Q & A portal, Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the opening of Bids may not be answered. Description of Project: Work under this contract includes the following: Install approximately 3,500 linear feet of 36-inch sanitary sewer pipe, approximately 1,700 linear feet of 30-inch sanitary sewer pipe, and approximately 1,500 linear feet of 10-inch sanitary sewer pipe including but not limited to casing pipe, manholes, connection to existing sanitary sewer, bypass pumping, removal of existing sanitary sewer and manholes along Interstate 20.
