Site work for a water / sewer project in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall execute all Work and provide all necessary tools, materials, supplies, equipment, labor, and any other items incidental to the construction and completion of the Project. The Contractor shall perform the Work in accordance with industry standards and best practices applicable to licensed contractors, as outlined in the Contract Documents. All Work shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Purchaser within the time frame specified by the Purchaser and in accordance with the instructions provided by the Purchaser or their designated representative. Repair and replace the current inadequate and failing portion of the Sunset, Fir, And Hemlock Community septic system at Lost Lake. See Attached Plans. Upon finalizing the bid and award, the Parties agree that this Contract will be amended to include Exhibit A Scope of Work, which shall detail the required work. The Contractor agrees to complete all work described in Exhibit A in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract. Question Deadline 02/23/2026 at 2:00 PM PT All pre-bid inquiries (PBIs) regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing via Online.
