Project scope shall include the installation of approximately 1,835 LF of 8" PVC waterline; 1,265 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer; 1,512 LF of 24"-60" HDPE storm sewer; and 7,270 SY of 6" concrete paving. The construction will be performed in accordance with plans and specifications and any addenda thereto which may be issued prior to the opening of bids. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to two percent (2%) of the total bid amount, payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. All water line trenches under existing, proposed, future pavement, or within one (1) foot of pavement or curbsshall be backfilled with bank sand and compacted to a point one (1) foot below bottom of pavement. Work under this Section includes the furnishing of all plant, labor, equipment and materials, and the performance of all operations required for the proper completion of excavation, backfill, trenching,shoring, and bracing asrequired, dewatering of excavations asrequired,rough grading, compacting and disposal ofsurplus earth,together with the performance of all othermiscellaneous site work and earthwork operations required to complete the project as shown on the drawings and specified herein
