Renovation of a water / sewer project in Royalton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water tank for rehabilitation.
Rehabilitation of 300,000-Gallon Water Tower DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes approximately: Water Tower reconditioning, including complete removal and replacement of all exterior and interior wet coating systems, and partial removal and replacement (with spot repairs) of the interior dry coating system. Additional reconditioning will include modifications and repairs related to structural appurtenances, foundations, accessories, and personnel access. Together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals, Targeted Group Business Program Goals, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, Buy American/Build American provisions, and Responsible Contractor Certification. - Work under this section consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for abrasive blasting, power washing, or pickling, and the paint of all steel and iron surfaces as hereinafter set forth, including both shop and field coats. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be substantially complete by October 15, 2026, with final completion by December 1, 2026.
