Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Killarney, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 0-square-foot, 0-story below grade elderly care / assisted living facility.
Nurse call upgrade in the existing Killarney Bayside Personal Care Home, Killarney MB. The scope of work involves installing and commissioning a temporary nurse call system, and once same is operational, removing the existing nurse call system and utilizing as much existing conduit as possible to install a new nurse call system. Thereafter, the wireless nurse call system shall be removed and turned over to Owner. New nurse call system shall be in conduit and contractor shall provide recessed conduit pathways as required and all associated patching and painting to accommodate new recessed double or triple gang junction boxes. Work to occur in an occupied health care facility. Question Deadline 02/25/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Provide a detailed description of the work to be completed associated with the shut down. Information to be included such as; which contractors and sub-contractors are involved, what time will they arrive onsite Is a coordination meeting before work starts taking place and what time Are Owneris staff involved What time will work start, how long will it last What happens if shutdown work lasts longer or what alternate plans are in place if shut down does not go as scheduled.
