Demolition, renovation and addition to a military facility in Little Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,428-square-foot, one-story above grade military facility; for the renovation of a 4,537-square-foot, one-story above grade military facility; and for the demolition of a military facility.
The scope of work includes renovation to the existing building with a new building addition, installation of new standing seam metal roofing, supporting wood trusses, reconfiguration of interior walls, doors, windows, flooring, ceiling finishes, and architectural casework. The work also includes earthwork, site drainage, utilities, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire-protection, security, and technology building systems upgrades. Work will be done under one prime contract that covers General, Demolition, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Miscellaneous Construction. There is a 2% TGB subcontracting goal and a preference for Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, and Veteran Owned businesses.
