Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC), Code 980, requires control inspection of Graving Dock #1 at Naval Base San Diego, CA. Offerors must comply with all instructions and submit their quotes by email. All quotes must address the ability to meet the required delivery date and meet the salient characteristics as outlined in the Statement of Work. Evaluation of offers will be based on technical acceptability, lowest price technically acceptable, and past performance. Only small businesses may submit quotations; large businesses are ineligible for award. Standard commercial warranties apply. Packaging and preservation shall follow best commercial practices to ensure maximum protection against damage. Delivery is to be F.O.B. Destination, with inspection and acceptance at the destination by the Government. Site visits are highly encouraged and available by request. The Government will not pay for any effort expended for the inspection. (1) Offerors may submit written questions during the quote preparation period. All questions must be received no later than 290 January 2025, 11:00 AM (Pacific) to allow adequate time to prepare and issue responses to all offerors prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes.
