Reference Number 0000410373 The County of Mercer is requesting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms with historic preservation expertise to develop a Preservation Plan, provide design development and manage Stage 1 of construction for the Mercer County Courthouse and Annex located at 209 South Broad Street, Trenton, New Jersey. The goal of this project is to assess the current structural and architectural condition of the building, identify necessary repairs and historic preservation measures, and provide a phased implementation plan for rehabilitation with cost estimates. This project will focus mainly on the Courthouse, as the Annex has been recently renovated. Purchase Type Duration: 1 year bids which time and place the sealed bids will be opened publicly and read via live-stream by the Purchasing Agent in the Mercer County McDade Administration Building, 640 South Broad Street, Room 321 Third Floor, Trenton, New Jersey
