Contract Approval by City Council June 2016 Question Deadline 02/18/2026 at 3:00 PM PT Direct all inquiries regarding this RFP in writing to Jeremy Snyder by accessing Public Purchase which can be accessed at or via Online. The City of Roseville Environmental Utilities Department is soliciting proposals for the Design-Assist Construction of a foul air collection system for the influent barscreen and grit building and primary clarification basins, and rehabilitation of the biofilter at the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants, or entities that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and subsequent job walk (site visit to preview the project areas, locations, and accessibility) is scheduled. Proposals from contractors who do not attend the mandatory pre-proposal conference/job walk will be rejected. Attendance for the entire conference is required, and tardiness will be grounds for disqualification. Interested firms will have an opportunity to ask questions regarding the requirements. Answers to questions, clarifications, or changes resulting from the meeting will be issued in a written addendum. A list of attendees will be distributed upon request.
