Utah County intends to select a qualified contractor to construct and complete in every detail asphalt crack sealing work as described in this ITB on various roadways, parking lots, parkways, and trails located in Utah County. The intent is for a multi-year award with work to be performed during Contractor’s production seasons for up to three years, with the option to renew for another three years. The specific list of locations will be determined after the bid is awarded at the beginning of each subsequent year. Costs for additional areas to be sealed in subsequent years will be based on the Unit Prices provided in the Contractor’s Cost Proposal.
