Issuing Procurement Unit: Washington County School District The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified firms for a Construction Manager (at risk)/General Contractor (CM/GC). It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code . Project Scope The Washington County School District intends to construct a new commons, kitchen and classroom addition at Water Canyon High School. The anticipated square footage will be approximately 24,000 sf. It is anticipated that the project will begin construction approximately March of 2027 with anticipated occupancy in March 2029. Site plans, floor plans and exterior elevations will be available at the mandatory pre-bid conference.
