Bid preparation must follow the Instructions to Bidders in the project manual. Bids should be submitted on the provided form and must include a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable to the University of Mississippi. The bid envelope must display the Contractor's current Certificate of Responsibility Number and License Number, unless a statement indicates the bid is less than or did not exceed $50,000.00. Bids may be submitted electronically by following the provided instructions. The University of Mississippi reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids submitted.
