Sealed bids are being accepted for the New Brighton 2026 Paving Program. Plans, specifications, and bid documents are available via download from the Widmer Engineering website under bids. Questions regarding the solicitation must be emailed at least five days before the due date. All work is to be completed within 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Each proposal must include a certified check, bank check, money order, or bidder surety bond as specified in the instructions to bidders to guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and properly secured. The minimum wage rates for all workers must comply with State Prevailing Wage Rates. The Borough reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the Borough.
