Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Seagoville, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Replacement of approximately 1,400 linear feet of collapsed main sewer line and associated branch lines beneath the J2 Housing Unit, J2 Showers, J1 Showers, Receiving and Discharge, Food Service, and Laundry areas, including cleaning of the existing grease and lint traps. Work also includes conducting an in-depth site investigation of all sewer lines throughout Building 70 to assess the condition of existing lines and determine required repairs in accordance with the Statement of Work and specifications. Location: Federal Correctional Institution Seagoville, 2113 N Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas 75159 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
