It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with appliances, living room, and sunroom. The home has central air. Interior is wall paneling or wallpaper. Roofing is asphalt shingles and aluminum siding. Location 2 202 West Main Street, Benton. The location is a vacant two-story, commercial office building with a partial basement, with an unknown construction date, and covering approximately 9,676 square feet. It has been used in the past as a hotel and then a medical facility, so the room count is hard to quantify though there are roughly 26 bathrooms. The building is concrete throughout with various plaster with paint or wallpaper and tiling throughout with a brick exterior. Various carpet and flooring tile (ceramic and vinyl) throughout. Windows are single pane or glass block. The window awnings are still attached on the upper portion and one at an entry in the front. Location 3: 331A East Ford Street, Harrisburg. The location is improved with a single-family residence with an attached two car garage. The residence is a single story, framed structure of approximately 1,209.5 square feet over a crawl space. The siding is aluminum, and the roof has been replaced with asphalt shingles. The kitchen flooring appears to be the original linoleum. The home has 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with appliances, dining room and living room. The garage has a walk-in shower. The heat is radiant baseboard boiler heating.
