Pearson School Board is issuing a public call for tenders to award a lump sum construction contract for the following work: Replacement of the electrical entrance, replacement of heating units and addition of heating controls in the school. All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents, including addenda. These can only be obtained through the SEAO electronic system. The work required under this tender will commence on 30 June 2026 and must be fully completed by 23 August 2026 at the latest, when provisional acceptance must be carried out. 1.3. BID BOND The bidder must accompany their bid with a bid bond representing 10% of the total amount of the bid, excluding all applicable taxes, valid for a period of 45 days from the date and time set for the receipt of bids, in the form of a bond issued by a company legally authorized to act as surety on behalf of the School Board, a certified cheque made out to the School Board, or an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a bank, savings and loan association, or trust or savings company.
